Heritage Romney wool fleeces have an amazing luster and have been fleece measured between 28-32 micron, staples average 12cm, with samples randomly chosen for photography. These lengths may vary slightly and an extra 100-200 g is added into the order in case you find some staples you do not like. The fleeces are hard skirted and every endeavor has been undertaken to not miss any second cuts etc. Fiber soundness is checked on each fleece.
